After winning the 2018 Top Brand Award, at this third age J&T Express has shown quite good performance to win two awards namely the 2018 Service Quality Award held by Carre - Service Quality Monitoring and the 2018 Top Business Opportunity Award held by Franchise Indonesia Magazine. These two awards won by J&T Express cannot be separated because of the choice of partners and consumers who already have trust in J&T Express.
The 2018 Service Quality Awards survey is conducted regularly every year by Carre - Service Quality Monitoring is carried out with four dimensions namely Service Accessibility, Service Process, People and Service Solution which states that J&T Express gets the Gold title with an index of 3.8657 in the courier category. The survey was conducted with 5,000 respondents with demographics in Jakarta, Semarang, Surbaya and Medan.

In addition to receiving the 2018 Service Quality Award, J&T Express also won the Top Business Opportunity Award held by Franchise Indonesia Magazine. This award was given on 21 July 2018 which coincided with the International Franchise exhibition (IFRA) with an assessment of 4 specific aspects, namely the competence and commitment of the owner, the existence of the brand, marketing strategies and concepts, and sustainable business.
