Information on Delivery Time Adjustment

Dear All J&T Express Customers,

We would like to inform you that there are shipping constraints with the following details:


  • Due to the application of the Work from Home system throughout Indonesia, delivery constraints have resulted in a number of buildings, offices, shopping centers, schools, and other entertainment venues.

  • There are delays in sending packages to Natuna/Ranai Regency and Tarempa/Anambas Islands, Riau Archipelago Province due to limited sea and air transportation due to uncertain schedules and high wave bad weather.

  • There is a delay in sending packages to the Arjasa Islands, Sumenep Regency, East Java Province due to the absence of ship transportation caused by the repair of the pier until an unspecified time limit.

  • There is a delay in sending packages to Muara Telang District, Makarti Jaya District, Muara Padang District and Air Salek District, Banyuasin Regency and Sungai Lalan District, Musi Banyuasin Regency and Air Sugihan District, Ogan Komering Illir Regency, South Sumatra Province, which was caused by damaged and muddy main road access. 

  • There is a delay in sending the package to Mandonga District, Kendari Regency, Southeast Sulawesi Province caused by the flood disaster.

  • There are a delays in sending packages to Nanga Tayap District, Sungai Melayu Rayak District, Ketapang Regency and Meliau District, Sanggau Regency, West Kalimantan Province because the main road access was impassable due to damaged and muddy roads.

  • There are delays in the delivery of packages to Batang Hari Regency, Tebo Regency, Bungo Regency, Merangin Regency, Kerinci Regency, Sarolangun Regency and Sungai Full City because the Sumatran cross road experienced a density of vehicles caused by the activity of coal transport trucks.

  • There is a delay in sending packages from Palangkaraya City to South Barito Regency, Central Kalimantan Province because access to the main cross-district roads was impassable due to damaged and muddy roads.

  • There is a delay in sending packages to Nusa Penida Island due to a tentative ship transportation schedule caused by bad weather with high waves.

  • There is a delay in sending packages to Maja District, Lebak Regency, Banten Province, which was caused by a flood.

  • There is a delay in sending the package to Tumbang Titi District, Ketapang Regency, West Kalimantan Province because the main access bridge was damaged and impassable.

  • There is a delay in sending packages to Dusun Selatan District, South Barito Regency, Central Kalimantan Province due to damaged and muddy roads caused by high intensity rainfall.

  • There is a delay in sending packages to Manukari City and Manokwari Regency, West Papua Province, caused by inter-ethnic conflict.

  • There is a delay in the distribution of packages to South Barito Regency, East Barito Regency, North Barito Regency and Murung Raya Regency, Central Kalimantan Province because the Palangkaraya cross-provincial road was damaged and muddy caused by high intensity rainfall.

  • There are delays in sending packages to and from the Bangka Belitung Islands due to the uncertain departure schedule for sea transportation caused by high wave bad weather.

  • There is a delay in the distribution of packages to South Barito Regency, Central Kalimantan Province due to damaged and muddy roads caused by high rainfall.

  • There is a delay in the distribution of packages to and from Sidoarjo Regency, East Java Province due to the 1st Century NU Birthday Event.

  • There is a delay in the distribution of packages from Kupang City to Malacca Regency, North Central Timor Regency, South Central Timor Regency, Belu Regency and Oelamasi City of East Nusa Tenggara Province due to impassable main road access caused by landslides.

  • There is Internet disruption in Merauke City, Papua Province, was caused by routine maintenance of the SKKL SMPCS Fiber Optic Network (FO) for the Merauke - Sorong Section for a week.

  • There is a delay in sending packages to Muara Bengkal District, East Kutai Regency, East Kalimantan Province caused by damaged and muddy roads.

  • There is a delay in sending packages to Rimau Island District, Banyuasin Regency, South Sumatra Province due to muddy main road access caused by high rain intensity.

  • There is a delay in sending packages to Wamena District, Jayawijaya Regency, Papua Province due to riots between residents.

  • There are delays and closure of access to package delivery to several red zones in Papua, such as:

    ▸Access delivery distance, medan delivery, as well as limited transportation, including: Biak Regency, Deiyai, Dogiyai, Intan Jaya, Jayapura, Jayawijaya, Merauke, Nabire, Bintang Mountains, Puncak Jaya, Sentani, Sorong, Yahukimo, Yalimo, Manokwari, Timika and Boven Digoel Regency.

    ▸CLOSING Access to shipping several areas in Manokwari Regency, including: Wamesa District, Neney, Oransbari, Tanah Rubuh, and Ransiki District.

    ▸CLOSING Package delivery to Tembagapura District Timika Regency Papua Province due to the special area of PT. Freeport Indonesia.

  • There is a delay in sending packages to Cijeruk District, Caringin District and Cigombong District, Bogor Regency, West Java Province caused by a landslide disaster.

  • There is a delay in the distribution of packages to and from the Siau Islands Tagulandang Biaro (Sitaro) Regency and the Talaud Islands Regency, North Sulawesi Province, which was caused by the presence of Christian Religious Activities.

  • There is a delay in sending packages to Sekar District, Bojonegoro Regency, East Java Province due to impassable main road access caused by road repairs.

  • There is a delay in scanning packets to Singkil district, Aceh province, which was caused by a slow internet network.

  • There was a delay in sending the package to Rantau Rasau District, East Tanjung Jabung Regency, Jambi Province, which was caused by damaged and muddy roads.

  • There is a delay in sending packages to Selo District, Boyolali Regency, Central Java Province caused by a landslide.

  • There were delays in the distribution of packages to and from Oksibil District, Gunung Bintang Regency, and Yahukimo Regency, Papua Province caused by riots carried out by OPM (Free Papua Organization) separatism.

  • There is a delay in sending packages to Gesi District and Tanon District, Sragen Regency, Central Java Province caused by the flood disaster.

  • There is a delay in sending the package to Wakatobi Regency, Southeast Sulawesi Province due to the non-operational of the ship caused by the ship company's internal audit.

  • There is a delay in sending packages to Nanga Tayap District, Ketapang Regency, West Kalimantan Province due to impassable main road access caused by damaged and muddy roads.

  • There is a delay in sending packages from Banjarmasin City to Tanah Bumbu Regency and Kotabaru Regency, South Kalimantan Province due to damaged and muddy roads and landslides caused by high rainfall.

  • There is a delay in sending packages to Jayapura City, Papua Province, which was caused by mass internet network disruptions.

  • There is a delay in sending packages to Jaya Loka District, Musi Rawas Regency, South Sumatra Province caused by the flood disaster.

  • There is a delay in sending packages to several sub-districts in West Kalimantan Province due to the flood disaster:

  • There are delays in sending packages to several areas in South Kalimantan Province caused by the flood disaster.

    ▸Barabai District, Pandawan District, Batu Benawa District, Haruyan District, North Labuan Amas District and Hanntak District, Hulu Sungai Tengah Regency.

    ▸West Martapura District, Banjar Regency.

  • There is a delay in sending packages to Nanga Taman District and Sekadau Hulu District, Sekadau Regency, West Kalimantan Province caused by the flood disaster.

  • There are delays in sending packages to and from Bali Island due to the absence of all community activities caused by the Holy Day of Silence.

  • There is a delay in sending packages to Tosari District, Pasuruan Regency and Sukapura District, Probolinggo Regency, East Java Province due to the closed access to the main road due to the Nyepi Day.

  • There is a delay in sending packages to Gununghalu District, West Bandung Regency, West Java Province due to impassable main road access caused by landslides.

  • There is a delay in sending packages to Cakranegara District, Mataram City, West Nusa Tenggara Province due to the absence of all community activities caused by the Holy Day of Silence.

  • There are delays in sending packages to and from Mamasa Regency, West Sulawesi Province due to impassable main road access caused by landslides.
