Information on Delivery Time Adjustment

Dear All J&T Express Customers,

We would like to inform you that there are shipping constraints with the following details:


  • Due to the application of the Work from Home system throughout Indonesia, delivery constraints have resulted in a number of buildings, offices, shopping centers, schools, and other entertainment venues.

  • There are delays in sending packages to Natuna/Ranai and Tarempa/Anambas Islands, Riau Islands Province, which were caused by the limitations of sea and air transportation due to uncertain schedules. 

  • There is a delay in sending packages to the Arjasa Islands, Sumenep Regency, East Java Province due to the absence of ship transportation caused by the repair of the pier until an unspecified time limit.

  • There is delay in sending packages from Ambon to Saumlaki City and vice versa, Tanimbar Islands Regency, Maluku Province, was due to limited air and sea transportation caused by bad weather.

  • There was a delay in packet scans that occurred on Simeulue Island, Aceh Province due to the absence of an internet network caused by earthquake shocks, resulting in damaged network fiber cables and breaking the fiber optic cables located on the seabed at km 23.8 off the coast of Bakongan to Simeulue Island.

  • There is a delay in sending packages to Muara Telang District, Makarti Jaya District, Muara Padang District and Air Salek District, Banyuasin Regency and Sungai Lalan District, Musi Banyuasin Regency and Air Sugihan District, Ogan Komering Illir Regency, South Sumatra Province, which was caused by damaged and muddy main road access. 

  • There is a delay in sending the package to Mandonga District, Kendari Regency, Southeast Sulawesi Province caused by the flood disaster.

  • There is a delay in sending the package to Marbau District, North Labuhanbatu Regency, North Sumatra Province caused by the flood disaster.

  • There is a delay in sending packages to Kebasen District, Banyumas Regency and Kroya District, Cilacap Regency, Central Java Province, which was caused by the flood disaster. 

  • There is a delay in sending packages to Kualuh Hilir District and Kualuh Hulu District, North Labuhan Batu Regency, North Sumatra Province because the main road access could not be passed due to damaged and muddy roads.

  • There is a delay in sending packages to Ngebel District, Ponorogo Regency, East Java Province because the main road access could not be passed due to landslides.

  • There is a delay in sending packages to Pulo Bandring District, Meranti District, Air Joman District and Silau Laut District, Asahan District, North Sumatra Province caused by the flood disaster.

  • There is a delay in sending the package to Rundeng District, Subulussalam City, Aceh Province, which was caused by the flood disaster.

  • There is a delay in sending the package to Nanga Tayap District, Ketapang Regency, West Kalimantan because the main road access could not be passed due to damaged and muddy roads. 

  • There is a delay in sending packages to Kualuh Hilir District and Kualuh Hulu District, North Labuhanbatu Regency and Aek Ledong District, Asahan Regency, North Sumatra Province, which was caused by the flood disaster.

  • There is a delay in sending packages to Cikeusik District, Pandeglang Regency, Banten Province, which was caused by the flood disaster.

  • There is a delay in sending the package to Rusip Antara District, Central Aceh Regency, Aceh Province because the main road access could not be passed due to the landslide disaster.

  • There is a delay in sending packages to Peunaron District, East Aceh Regency, Aceh Province, which was caused by the flood disaster.

  • There is a delay in sending packages to Sekar District, Bojonegoro Regency, East Java Province, which was caused by the flood disaster.

  • There is a delay in sending packages to Satui District, Tanah Bumbu Regency, South Kalimantan Province, which was caused by damaged and muddy roads.

  • There is a delay in sending the package to Mehalaan District, Mamasa Regency, West Sulawesi Province, which was caused by floods and landslides.

  • There is a delay in sending the package to Banama Tingang District, Pulang Pisau Regency, Central Kalimantan Province caused by the flood disaster.

  • There is a delay in sending packages to Sungai Melayu Rayak District, Ketapang Regency, West Kalimantan Province, which was caused by damaged and muddy roads.

  • There is a delay in sending packages to Sidikalang District, Sitinjo District, Berampu District, Sumbul Pegagan District, Pegagan Hilir District, Silahisabungan District, Parbuluan District, Siempat Nempu Hulu District, Siempat Nempu District, Siempat Nempu Hilir District, Lae Parira District and Silima Pungga Pungga District Dairi Regency, North Sumatra Province caused by the impact of a shophouse fire which resulted in delays in sending packages to customers.

  • There is a delay in sending packages to Batang Hari Regency, Tebo Regency, Bungo Regency, Merangin Regency, Kerinci Regency, Sarolangun Regency and Sungai Penuh City is due to the Sumatran highway experiencing vehicle density caused by the activity of coal hauling trucks.

  • There is a delay in sending packages to Sepauk District, Sintang Regency, West Kalimantan Province caused by the flood disaster.

  • There is a delay in sending the package to Sirimau District, Ambon City, Maluku Province, which was caused by riots between residents.

  • There is a delay in sending packages to Kotabaru District and Jelutung District, Jambi City, Jambi Province, which was caused by the flood disaster.

  • There is a delay in sending packages to Plumpang District, Tuban Regency, East Java Province caused by the flood disaster.

  • There is a delay in sending packages to Kualuh Leidong District, North Labuhan Regency, North Sumatra Province due to damaged and muddy access roads caused by high intensity rainfall.

  • There is a delay in sending packages to Curug District, Tangerang Regency, Banten Province, which was caused by a flood.

  • There is a delay in sending the package to Siak Kecil District, Bengkalis Regency, Riau Province, which was caused by the flood disaster.

  • There is a delay in sending packages to Kei Besar District and Kei Kecil District, Southeast Maluku Regency, Maluku Province, which was caused by riots between residents.

  • There is a delay in sending packages to Ngrayun District, Ponorogo Regency, East Java Province due to the impassable main road access caused by a landslide.

  • There is a delay in sending packages to Jongkong District, Semitau District, Suhaid District and Selimbau District, Kapuas Hulu Regency, West Kalimantan Province caused by the flood disaster.

  • There is a delay in sending packages to Meliau District, Sanggau Regency, West Kalimantan Province due to impassable main road access caused by damaged and muddy roads.

  • There is a delay in sending the package to Batang Merangin District, Kerinci Regency, Jambi Province, which was caused by a landslide.

  • There is a delay in sending packages to Curug District, Tangerang Regency, Banten Province due to road repairs.

  • There is a delay in sending packages to Kalideres District and Palmerah District, West Jakarta City and Cakung District, East Jakarta City caused by the flood disaster.

  • There is a delay in sending packages to Janeponto Regency, Maros Regency, Sidenreng Rapang Regency, Takalar Regency and Makassar City, South Sulawesi Province which were caused by the flood disaster.

  • There is a delay in sending packages to Sei Rampa District and Tanjung Beringin District and Teluk Mengkudu District, Serdang Bedagai District, North Sumatra Province, caused by the flood disaster.

  • There are delays in sending packages to Sibolangit District, Sinembah Tanjung Muda Hulu District and Sinembah Tanjung Muda Hilir District, Deli Serdang Regency, which were caused by floods and landslides.

  • There is a delay in sending packages to Central Amuntai District and North Amuntai District, Hulu Sungai Utara Regency, South Kalimantan Province caused by the flood disaster.

  • There is a delay in sending packages to Belitang Hilir District, Sekadau Regency, West Kalimantan Province caused by the flood disaster.

  • There is a delay in sending packages to Belitang Hilir District, Sekadau Regency, West Kalimantan Province caused by the flood disaster.

  • There is a delay in sending packages to Warungkondang District, Cibeber District, Cilaku District and Gekbrong District, Cianjur Regency, West Java Province caused by the earthquake.

  • There is a delay in sending the package to Bau Bau City, Southeast Sulawesi Province due to a long queue at the Amolengo Ferry Port which was caused by the Provincial Sports Week Porprov Event.

  • There is a delay in sending packages to Simpang Hilir District, North Kayong Regency, West Kalimantan Province caused by the flood disaster.

  • There is a delay in sending packages to Hili Serangkai District, Nias Regency, North Sumatra Province due to the impassability of the main road access caused by a landslide.

  • There is a delay in sending the package to Pesanggaran District, Banyuwangi Regency, East Java Province due to the main access bridge being damaged and impassable caused by the flood disaster.

  • There is a delay in sending packages to Kembang Janggut District and Tabang District, Kutai Kartanegara Regency, East Kalimantan Province caused by the flood disaster.

  • There is a delay in sending packages to Delta Pawan District, Ketapang Regency, West Kalimantan Province caused by the flood disaster.

  • There is a delay in sending packages to Parengan District and Singgahan District, Tuban Regency, East Java Province caused by the flood disaster.
