Information on Delivery Time Adjustment


Dear All J&T Express Customers,

We would like to inform you that there are shipping constraints with the following details:


  • Due to the application of the Work from Home system throughout Indonesia, delivery constraints have resulted in a number of buildings, offices, shopping centers, schools, and other entertainment venues.

  • There are delays in shipping from and to Saumlaki, West Southeast Maluku Regency, Tanimbar Islands, Maluku due to restrictions on air transportation access until an undetermined time limit.

  • There were delays in shipping to and from Damer Island, Moa Island, Leti Island and Kisar Island, Southwest Maluku Regency, Maluku Province due to uncertainty about ship departures.

  • There are delays in shipping to and from Tarakan Island due to limited access to air transportation until an unspecified time limit.

  • There are delays in shipping from Surabaya to outside the island caused by limited access to air transportation due to PPKM.

  • There are delays in sending packages to and from Daruba, Morotai Islands, North Maluku Province due to limitations in ship transportation

  • There is a delay in sending packages to and from Sumba Island, East Nusa Tenggara Province due to the limitations of ship transportation.

  • There is a delay in sending packages to Malunda District, Majene Regency, West Sulawesi Province because the main road access bridge was damaged due to high rainfall.

  • There is a delay in sending packages to Langgudu District, Lambitu District and Monta District, Bima Regency, West Nusa Tenggara Province because the access is an area prone to robbery/robbery (Red Zone).

  • There was a delay in sending the package to Tapalang District, Mamuju Regency, West Sulawesi Province because road access could not be passed due to landslides.

  • There is a delay in sending packages to Betoambari District, Bau-Bau City, Southeast Sulawesi Province, which was caused by the flood disaster. 

  • There is a delay in sending packages to Jabiren Raya District, Pulang Pisau Regency, Central Kalimantan Province caused by the flood disaster

  • There is a delay in sending packages to and from the Aru Islands, Maluku Province, was due to riots caused by inter-tribal conflicts.

  • There is a delay in sending packages to the District of East Walenrang, District of North Walenrang and District of Walenrang, Luwu Regency, South Sulawesi Province caused by the flood disaster. 

  • There were delays in sending packages to Natuna/Ranai and Tarempa/Anambas Islands, Riau Islands Province, which were caused by the limitations of sea and air transportation due to uncertain schedules.

  • There are delays in sending packages to and from Bonegunu District, Kambowa District, Kulisusu District, West Kulisusu District, North Kulisusu District, and North Wakorumba District, North Buton Regency, Southeast Sulawesi Province due to demonstration activities around the main road.

  • There is a delay in the delivery of packages to and from the North Maluku (Ternate) region due to a temporary closure for ship transportation caused by high waves of sea water.

  • The delay in sending packages to and from Supiturang Village, Pronojiwo District and Sumberwuluh Village, Candipuro District, Lumajang Regency, East Java Province, was due to cold lava flooding caused by the impact of the eruption of Mount Semeru.

  • There is  a delay in sending the package to Mempura District, Siak Regency, Riau Province, which was caused by the flood disaster.

  • There is a delay in the delivery of packages to Donri-Donri District, Ganra District and Lalabata District, Soppeng Regency, South Sulawesi Province caused by the flood disaster.

  • There is a delay in sending packages to Ujungpandang District, Tamalate District, Rappocini District, and Biringkanaya District, Makassar City and Palangga District, Gowa Regency, South Sulawesi Province, which was caused by the flood disaster.

  • There is a delay in sending packages to Pangkajene District, Pangkajene Regency, South Sulawesi Province, which was caused by the flood disaster. 

  • There is a delay in sending packages to and from Berau Regency and Tarakan Islands, East Kalimantan Province because the access road on the Lesan River, Kelay District was impassable due to landslides.

  • There are delays in shipping from and to Saumlaki, West Southeast Maluku Regency, Tanimbar Islands, Maluku Province due to restrictions on access to air and sea transportation until an undetermined time limit.

  • There is a delay in sending packages to Natal District, Muara Batang Gadis District, Sinunukan District, Batahan District, Langga Bayu District and Ranto Baek District, Mandailing Natal District, North Sumatra Province, which was caused by the flood disaster.

  • There is a delay in sending packages to Mariso District, Mamajang District, Tamalate District, Rappocini District, Makassar District, Ujung Pandang District, Wajo District, Bontoala District, Ujung Tanah District, Tallo District, Panakukkang District, Manggala District, Biringkanaya District, and Kota Tamalanrea District. Makassar, South Sulawesi Province caused by the flood disaster.

  • There is a delay in sending packages to the Tanah Abang Metro Wholesale Center, Central Jakarta City, DKI Jakarta Province because the PGMTA & JMTA building operations did not operate during the Christmas holidays 25 to 26 December 2021 and New Year's holidays 01 to 02 January 2021.

  • There is a delay in the delivery of packages to Simboro District and Mamuju Regency, West Sulawesi Province due to muddy and slippery roads caused by high rainfall.

  • There were delays in sending packages to and from Namrole District, South Buru Regency, Namlea District, Buru District, Bula District, Eastern Seram District, and Moa Lakor District, Damer District, Pulau Letti District, Southwest Maluku Regency, and the Banda Islands, Central Maluku Regency, Maluku Province. transportation via sea (Ship) does not operate, due to bad weather.

  • There was a delay in sending packages to Jebung District, Mekarjaya District, Candipuro District, Tanjungsari District, Negeri Katon District, East Lampung Regency, Lampung Province, which was caused by the flood disaster

  • There is a delay in sending packages to Kemuning District, Indragiri Hilir Regency, Riau Province, which was caused by the flood disaster.

  • There is a delay in sending packages to Detsuko District, Wolowaru District, Maurole District, Wewaria District, Lepkes District, and Kelimutu District, Ende District, East Nusa Tenggara Province caused by landslides.

  • There is a delay in sending the package to Krukut Village, Taman Sari District, West Jakarta City, DKI Jakarta Province because the area was under the Covid-19 lockdown for an unspecified time limit.

  • There was a delay in sending the package to Weliman District, Belu Regency, East Nusa Tenggara Province because the access connecting the main bridge was damaged and could not be passed for a while.

  • There was a delay in sending the package to Tarakan Island, East Kalimantan Province due to a speedboat accident.

  • There was a delay in sending packages to Puncel Village and Grogolan Village, Dukuhseti District, Pati Regency, Central Java Province caused by the flood disaster.

  • There was a delay in sending packages to Banyumanis Village, Ujungwatu Village, Clering Village, and Sumberejo Village, Donorojo District, Jepara Regency, Central Java Province, which was caused by the flood disaster.

  • There was a delay in sending packages to Sambaliung District, Berau Regency, East Kalimantan Province caused by the flood disaster.

  • There was a delay in sending packages to Detsuko District, Wolowaru District, Maurole District, Wewaria District, Lepkes District, and Kelimutu District, Ende District, East Nusa Tenggara Province caused by landslides. 

  • There was a delay in sending the package to Bena Baru Village, Sambaliung District, Berau Regency, East Kalimantan Province, which was caused by damaged roads and could not be passed.

  •  There was a delay in sending packages to Kuantan Mudik District, Kuantan Singingi Regency, Riau Province, which was caused by the flood disaster.

  • There was a delay in sending packages to Waled District, Cirebon Regency, West Java Province, which was caused by the flood disaster.
