Jakarta, June 29, 2021 – J&T Express as a delivery service company that continues to operate to meet the needs of the community in shipping goods during this pandemic, has carried out a vaccination program for more than 1,400 employees in the Jakarta, Tangerang, Bekasi and Bogor areas. The vaccination, which was carried out for 2 days at the Artha Graha Peduli Field Hospital Rumkitlap AGP, Ancol - North Jakarta, supports the acceleration of the government's program in achieving herd immunity. Facilitated by the Artha Graha Peduli Foundation in this vaccination process, J&T Express appreciates the contribution of medical personnel from Artha Graha Peduli in providing vaccinations for both the general public and employees under J&T Express Jabotabek.
The appreciation plaque was symbolically handed over by Mr. Adriansyah Halim as Assistant CEO of J&T Express to Drg Ridwan Purwanto - Medical Coordinator at Rumkitlap AGP accompanied by Mrs. Vivi Henny representing Artha Graha Peduli (AGP) and coordinator of AGP Field Hospital, Mrs. Veni Vanesa Halim - AGP Secretariat , and Dr. Aulia Wijaya as Medical Coordinator at Rumkitlap AGP Ancol. Not only that, J&T Express also provided support detection services, PPE, and other supporting needs for health workers from Artha Graha Peduli on duty.

Not only Jabotabek area employees who have vaccinated, but J&T Express employees throughout Indonesia also took part in receiving vaccinations in their respective areas. For example, J&T Express employees in the Padang, Semarang, Bali, Jogja, Manado, Surabaya, Jambi, Balikpapan and Banjarmasin areas have received vaccinations and several other areas are being gradually received. It is hoped that the entire vaccination process for J&T Express employees throughout Indonesia can be completed by the end of July 2021 so as to provide protection to employees and customers against the transmission of the Covid-19 virus.
During the ongoing pandemic and increasing cases, J&T Express ensures not to relax health protocols in work areas and services such as in drop points by implementing social distancing in operational areas, routinely using disinfectants on equipment, sorting machines and packages sent. to other appeals such as the use of masks, and so on to all employees on duty.
