Winning Top Brand Award for 4 Years in a Row, J&T Express Proves Improvement in Brand Performance

Jakarta, 3 September 2021 – J&T Express as a shipping service brand that has become a global scale company has proven its achievements by winning the Top Brand Award which advances every year. This award has been received by J&T Express since 2018 and shows a significant advancement this year by achieving first place in the courier service category with a percentage of 33.4%, where in the previous year it was 21.3%.

The survey involved 12,000 respondents from 15 major cities in Indonesia, namely Jakarta, Bandung, Semarang, Surabaya, Medan, Makassar, Pekanbaru, Balikpapan, Palembang, Samarinda, Denpasar, Yogyakarta, Malang, Manado and Banjarmasin using the Mind Share, Market Share & Commitment Share parameters that provides survey results on the high strength of J&T Express brand in the minds of customers, customer behavior in choosing a brand and encouragement to choose it again in the future.

“To win the Top Brand Award every year, especially this year, where we experienced a significant advancement to reach number one in the courier service category. This achievement gives more enthusiasm for us to continue to strive to provide better brand performance," said Herline Septia - Brand Manager of J&T Express.

J&T Express's achievements and performance in its sixth year are quite massive. Not only the 2021 Top Brand Award Achievement which experienced a significant advancement, but J&T Express also reached #100 MillionCustomers, presenting a variety of new premium and faster services such as J&T Super which was launched periodically since March 2021, until a new company of J&T Group, namely J&T Cargo, officially launched on 20 August to serve packages with a larger and heavier volume than J&T Express.

As a global shipping service brand that is present in 8 countries, J&T Express continues to pay attention to serving customers, including establishing relationships and communication with customers. Coinciding with national customer day on September 4th, J&T Express also participated to appreciate customers by providing more than 7,500 healthy kits throughout Indonesia, as a form of support during the pandemic.
