Jakarta, April 1, 2021 – J&T Express, an express delivery service that puts forward system and technology in its delivery operation, has launched a new service, namely J&T Super, a delivery convenience innovation that will reach in 2 or less than 2 days. A variety of extra services on this service complements the existing regular service at J&T Express.

CEO of J&T Express, Robin Lo revealed that fast delivery request are increasingly demanded by the community, especially in densely populated areas, so it is necessary to create something new, "We are developing this service by prioritizing a faster and more precise service level agreement (SLA) guarantee, so as to meet the demand for delivery with the urgency of customer needs. Currently, J&T Super is available to reach the areas of Jakarta, Tangerang, Bekasi, Depok and Bogor. Hopefully this service can slowly build up to serve all parts of Indonesia” he explained.

J&T Super service provides a package protection guarantee or warranty without additional fees, claim processing service within 1x24 hours, up to a 100% refund of delivery costs with the terms and conditions that apply if the package does not arrive according to the SLA. J&T Super service can currently be used through non-market place delivery transactions and can be delivered via drop off and pick up only with a maximum weight of up to 3 kg.

The SLA for J&T Super service, namely, same city delivery beofre 10 AM Western Indonesian Time, the package will arrive on the same day before 9 PM. However, same city and cross city delivery after 10 AM Western Indonesian Time, the package will arrive the next day before 12.00 PM noon. With this time adjustment, J&T Express provides premium service with priority, easy and fast delivery.

Previously, at the end of last year, J&T Express also added J&T ECO service which were specifically for economical delivery price, as well as J&T Jemari (Pick Up Independently), which provides convenience for customers who wanted to pick up packages at the drop point they wanted. This time, J&T Super come with a new feel for premium delivery.
