Jakarta, 5 November 2020 - In its fifth year, J&T Express received the Wow Brand Award 2020 in the Service Courier category organized by Markplus inc. This award was presented virtually during the WOW Brand Festive Day 2020 webinar with the theme Beyond CX: It's Human Experience, which was held on November 4, 2020.
Conducted by sampling research of 34,500 respondents spread across major cities in Indonesia, WOW Brand is given to 300 brands that have high awareness that have been recommended by consumers based on the concept of the Brand Advocacy Ratio (BAR). As a 5-year-old express delivery service brand that is relatively new, J&T Express has succeeded in making its brand one of the express delivery service companies that has gotten good attention among the public.
“This award is not an achievement that was achieved because of J&T Express alone, but all customers who have been loyal to use J&T Express, also plays a major role in winning this award. Of course, we hope to continue to provide good service so that it will continue to be a flagship express delivery service brand for our customers, " said Iwan Senjaya - Key Account Manager of J&T Express.
Awareness of the J&T Express brand is undeniably known quickly given its age. This is inseparable from the brand recognition given to the public with more than 2,000 drop points spread throughout Indonesia and available in various marketplaces so that they are easily accessible to the public.
Not forgetting that J&T Express is actively utilizing social media in campaign programs held in today's digital era such as the #5TahunJNT program as a series of its recently ended fifth anniversary which has successfully attracted attention and reached a total of more than 50 million participants in all series of programs in social media.
