J&T Express hereby informs you that there has been unauthorized use of the personal data (photo) of our CEO, Mr. Robin Lo, by an irresponsible party. 

Based on our investigation, this personal data (photo) has been used to create a fake identity/account on the Telegram application with the username “@Rieno_Gionyno” offering illegal online loan services (the “Fake Account”). We condemn this action as a serious violation of privacy rights, which can be classified as a criminal act of electronic information manipulation and/or unlawful use of another person’s personal data according to applicable laws, particularly those related to electronic information and transactions and personal data protection.

Through this official statement, we want to emphasize that PT Global Jet Express (J&T Express) and our CEO, Mr. Robin Lo, are not involved in any capacity with the online loan services offered by the Fake Account. We are currently taking legal action and carrying out a reporting process to the police.

We urge the public to be vigilant and cautious regarding any invitations, promotions, and/or offers using the name and/or personal data of the CEO of J&T Express for the collective good.
