Muhammad Biyanto, affectionately known as Biyanto, is a courier from Kudus, Central Java, who was recently recognized as one of J&T Express Indonesia's Five-Star Couriers for June. The Five-Star Courier award is presented to couriers across Indonesia who excel in a range of performance indicators. Among all recipients nationwide, Biyanto achieved the highest overall score, earning the prestigious No. 1 ranking.

The Five-Star Courier evaluation is based on several key performance indicators, including punctual attendance, on-time deliveries, daily quiz participation, and customer ratings. In addition to his core responsibilities of delivering and collecting parcels, Biyanto consistently excelled in every assessment category.

"I feel very proud. My hard work has paid off and has been recognized by J&T Express across Indonesia," said Biyanto.

He explained that customer ratings carry the greatest weight in the evaluation process, motivating him to focus on building strong relationships with customers through his own personal approach.

"Whenever I deliver a package, I let customers know that they can contact me directly if they need a parcel pickup. At the same time, I kindly ask for their feedback and testimonials," he shared. "I even guide them through the steps of leaving a review through the J&T Express app."

For Biyanto, every package represents an opportunity and a responsibility. He believes that each delivery must be handled with care, as customer trust is essential—not only for excellent service but also for maintaining high performance standards.

This year marks Biyanto's eighth year with J&T Express. Throughout his journey, he has dedicated himself to serving customers in a variety of challenging environments, including remote mountainous areas. Along the way, he has also experienced many heartwarming moments, from being offered meals by customers to forming meaningful relationships with the communities he serves.

Beyond his dedication as a courier, Biyanto is equally committed to caring for his family. During his breaks, he often returns home to look after his ailing parent.

"Whenever I have time to rest, I go home to help feed my parent because it's just the two of us living together. Since my parent lives with me, it's my responsibility to provide care as well," he said.

Biyanto believes that the key to his success lies in maintaining a positive attitude and always striving to give his best in every aspect of his work.

"Stay motivated and always do your best. That's the most important thing," he concluded.
