Starting Her Journey as a Drop Point Team Member, Denissa's Hard Work Leads Her to Become One of the Best Drop Point Leaders

Joining in 2022, Denissa started as an Admin at Drop Point DP Tamiang Layang in Central Kalimantan. As a new team member, she had roughly a month to understand her job duties because the previous service team was leaving. Denissa often had to take the initiative to learn and perform her tasks independently to optimize operations, such as managing COD data and customer services.

In her daily tasks, she frequently encountered issues like discrepancies in COD payments, which were stressful. "At that point, the desire to quit was very strong because I often faced similar problems," Denissa recalled about her early days on the job.

However, her desire to leave soon faded when the DP Tamiang Layang team received support from the controlling team, which provided valuable assistance and new insights into improving the Drop Point’s workflow and system. "For four months, I worked as a Drop Point admin and mastered the given tasks. I often helped other team members optimize their work," Denissa said, motivated to stay and learn the roles of different teams at Drop Point Tamiang Layang.

Over time, the challenges and triumphs of persevering and driving change paid off, thanks to the support of the area RM in revamping and resolving issues at Tamiang Layang.

Due to her dedication, Denissa was appointed as the person in charge of the Drop Point. Initially, she hesitated to accept the offer. However, with the support and trust of the area RM and the team in improving operations and services at DP Tamiang Layang, she believed in her abilities. She demonstrated her exceptional performance and was eventually promoted to Supervisor of Drop Point Tamiang Layang.

"I didn't achieve this success alone. It was the unwavering support of a responsible, selfless, honest, and competent team that maximized operations and services, helping Drop Point Tamiang Layang overcome issues and negative perceptions. Thanks to our hard work, this branch has become one of the best in implementing SOPs and providing excellent service," said Denissa, who has now been recognized as one of the Best Female Drop Point Leaders for outstanding SOP implementation at her Drop Point.
