2. The maximum discount given is Rp. 30.000, - (Thirty Thousand Rupiah).

3. Valid for EZ, J&T Super and J&T International services with a maximum package weight of 10 kg / package including COD and DFOD payment methods.

4. For J&T International, the promo is only valid with the drop off method to the nearest J&T Express drop point.

5. J&T Express reserves the right to change, modify the terms of the promotion without prior notice.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF LUCKY DRAW WITH TOTAL PRIZES OF 500 MILLION RUPIAH:

1. J&T Express 35% Shipping Discount Party Lucky Draw Program is organized by PT. Global Jet Express.

2. The period of the J&T Express 35% Shipping Discount Party lottery program will be held from December 1, 2021 at 00:00 until December 31, 2021 23:59, and applies to all regular transactions which are not transactions from the marketplace and are J&T Express transactions that are valid.

3. Valid transactions are transactions using shipping services that have been paid by using EZ, ECO, J&T Super, and J&T International services via Drop off/Pick up or J&T Express APP, and using COD or DFOD payment systems.

4. The sealing of the data and the lucky draw process will be carried out on the same date, which coincides with the 35% Shipping Discount Party Lucky Draw event on January 8, 2022 (tbc).

5. The lucky draw process on January 8, 2022 will be carried out via live streaming on J&T Express Indonesia’s YouTube account and IG @jntexpressid.

6. The lucky draw will be based on the phone number of the potential winner who is the sender or seller listed on the waybill number of each regular J&T Express transaction throughout the period, December 1, 2021 at 00:00 to December 31, 2021 at 23:59.

7. The sender's phone number will be taken from the information contained in the J&T Express waybill number registered in the J&T Express system during the lucky draw period.

8. The waybill number of J&T Express is generated from valid transactions, either via online transactions through APP or direct transactions at J&T Express Drop Point and/or Collection Points (J&T Express outlets).

9. Online transactions that are considered valid are shipping transactions that have been paid and have been confirmed by the Sender or Seller, by choosing EZ or ECO or J&T Super services, on the J&T Express APP.

10. Offline transactions that are considered valid is when the package has been given to the J&T Express  Drop Point and/or Collection Point admin team, and the Sender or Seller has chosen the EZ or ECO or J&T Super service, or J&T International, paid the shipping service fee in full, and have received a waybill number directly from the J&T Express Drop Point and/or Collection Point admin team.

11. All telephone numbers that have been confirmed to be valid will be entered into the lucky draw machine and randomized in a transparent manner, witnessed by representatives from the Ministry of Social Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia, Provincial Social Services, and Notaries.

12. Verification of the winner of this lucky draw will be carried out simultaneously after the lucky draw is complete. If the phone number owned by the winner is not registered with the operator, the winner will be considered invalid and a re-draw will be done to find a replacement winner.

13. There is no minimum transaction amount to participate in the 35% Shipping Discount Party lucky draw program

14. The more the number of transactions using the J&T Express regular delivery service, the greater the chance that the sender or seller can win prizes in the J&T Express 35% Shipping Discount Party lucky draw program.

15. 25% prize tax will be borne by PT. Global Jet Express (J&T Express).

16. The process of sending prizes to winners will take a maximum of 90 days, starting from the date of announcement of winners by J&T Express.

17. For prizes in the form of a vehicle (motorcycle), the winner will collect the prize directly at the J&T Express Drop Point (J&T Express outlet) nearest to the winner's domicile address.

18. Other prizes will be sent directly to the winner's domicile address.

19. Winners are required to provide the identity required by the J&T Express team for reporting of prize-giving documentation, such as photocopy or scan of ID card and tax card.

20. Prize collection cannot be represented by guardians, relatives, or friends. Except, the representative has a power of attorney that has been signed by the winner in accordance with the ID card received by the J&T Express team and signed on a Rp. 10,000 duty stamp.

21. Representatives must submit information in the form of scanned ID card to the J&T Express team.

22. If the Winner is an organization with a legal entity or a limited liability company, the winning prize may only be received by the Director or by an employee who has been authorized by the organization through a written power of attorney and Rp. 10,000 duty stamp.

23. All J&T Express employees are prohibited from participating in the 35% Shipping Discount Party lucky draw program. If it is found that there are J&T Express employees who have been selected as winning candidates, they will be considered automatically disqualified and a re-draw will be done.

24. This program does not charge any fees, and is officially organized by J&T Express without involving other parties. Be careful of fraud.

25. All decisions made by J&T Express are absolute and cannot be changed.

4. Does 35% Daily Shipping Discount Party promo apply to COD / DFOD payment types?

7. What if the customer sends a package containing Dangerous Goods?

For customers who intentionally send prohibited goods or dangerous goods, based on Article 47 of Law no. 38 Year 2009, customers will be sentenced to a maximum imprisonment of 5 (five) years or a maximum fine of Rp. 1.000.000.000,- (One Billion Rupiah) and the delivery service provider (J&T Express) cannot be held responsible for this incident.
