FAQ VOUCHER 25% DELIVERY DISCOUNT & 40% SPECIAL DELIVERY DISCOUNT

1. Can the 25% Delivery Discount and 40% Special Delivery Discount voucher only be obtained at certain destinations?

Discount Vouchers can be used at all J&T Express Drop Points and Collection Points with destinations from/to all over Indonesia by ordering orders made through the J&T Express Application.

2. Can the package that is picked up by Sprinter J&T Express also use 25%  Delivery Discount and 40% Special Delivery Discount

Discount Vouchers are valid for the pick-up and drop-off system via the 'order' feature on the official J&T Express application.

3. Does the 25%  Delivery Discount and 40% Special Delivery Discount voucher also get free insurance and wood packing?

Discount Vouchers only applies to discounted shipping costs.

4. Does the 25%  Delivery Discount and 40% Special Delivery Discount apply to COD / DFOD payment types?

Discount Vouchers are not valid for COD and DFOD payment methods.

5. Does the 25%  Delivery Discount and 40% Special Delivery Discount voucher apply to new/old users?

Discount Vouchers apply to all users of the official J&T Express application.

6. What if a customer sends a package containing Dangerous Goods?

For customers who intentionally send prohibited goods or dangerous goods, based on Article 47 of Law no. 38 Years. 2009, customers will be punished with imprisonment for a maximum of 5 (five) years or a fine of up to Rp. 1,000,000,000, - (One Billion Rupiah) and the delivery service provider (J&T Express) cannot be held responsible for this incident.
