1. Can the Daily Delivery Discount voucher only be obtained at/certain destinations?

Daily Shipping Discount Vouchers can be used at all J&T Express Drop Points and Collection Points with destinations throughout Indonesia by placing orders through the J&T Express Application.

2. Can the package picked up by Sprinter J&T Express also use a Daily Shipping Discount voucher?

The Daily Shipping Discount Voucher is valid for the pick up and drop off system through the 'order' feature on the official J&T Express APP.

3. Does the Daily Shipping Fee Discount voucher also get free insurance and wood packing?

The Daily Shipping Discount Voucher is only valid for shipping fee discounts.

4. Is the Daily Shipping Fee Discount voucher valid for COD / DFOD?

The Daily Shipping Discount Voucher is not valid for COD and DFOD payment method.

5. Is the Daily Shipping Fee Discount voucher valid for new/old users?

The Daily Shipping Fee Discount Voucher is valid for all users of the official J&T Express application.

6. Can the Daily Shipping Fee Discount voucher be accumulated every week?

7. What if the customer sends a package containing Dangerous Goods?

For customers who intentionally send prohibited goods or dangerous goods, based on Article 47 of Law no. 38 Th. 2009, customers will be sentenced to a maximum imprisonment of 5 (five) years or a maximum fine of Rp. 1.000.000.000,- (One Billion Rupiah) and the delivery service provider (J&T Express) cannot be held responsible for this incident.
