1. Can the 25% Daily Delivery Discount voucher only be obtained at certain destinations?

Daily Delivery Discount Vouchers can be used at all J&T Express Drop Points and Collection Points with destinations from/to all over Indonesia by ordering orders made through the J&T Express Application.

2. Can the package that is picked up by Sprinter J&T Express also use a Daily Delivery Discount voucher?

Daily Delivery Discount Vouchers are valid for the pick-up and drop-off system via the 'order' feature on the official J&T Express application.

3. Does the Daily Delivery Discount voucher also get free insurance and wood packing?

Discount Voucher Every Day only applies to discounted shipping costs.

4. Does the Daily Delivery Discount voucher apply to COD / DFOD payment types?

Daily Delivery Discount Vouchers are not valid for COD and DFOD payment methods.

5. Does the Daily Delivery Discount voucher apply to new/old users?

Daily Delivery Discount Vouchers apply to all users of the official J&T Express application.

6. What if a customer sends a package containing Dangerous Goods?

For customers who intentionally send prohibited goods or dangerous goods, based on Article 47 of Law no. 38 Years. 2009, customers will be punished with imprisonment for a maximum of 5 (five) years or a fine of up to Rp. 1,000,000,000, - (One Billion Rupiah) and the delivery service provider (J&T Express) cannot be held responsible for this incident.
