Buka Paket 2025 Program is a lucky dip organized by PT Global Jet Express (J&T Express) from March 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025.

The prizes prepared by J&T Express are as follows:

Buka Paket 2025 Program is exclusively available to users of the J&T Express App, which can be downloaded from the App Store (iOS) and Play Store (Android).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.  Buka Paket 2025 Program ("Program") will run from March 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025.

2. Customers who are eligible to participate in this program registered as users of the J&T Express App ("Participants").

3. To receive prizes in the program, Participants must:

• Log in to the J&T Express App

• Join Buka Paket Program through floating icon on the main page of the J&T Express, and

• Click the mystery box to reveal the prize.

 4. Users can click mystery box whenever have chance, the chance divided by two categories:

• One (1) Free daily chance, and

• Additional chances earned by completing shipments ordered through J&T Express App. Each completed shipment counts as one (1) additional chance, with a maximum of nine (9) additional chances per day.

•   If a Participant completes more than nine (9) shipments in one (1) day, the excess will be carried over as additional chances for the next day.

5. After clicking the mystery box, Participants will see the prize they have received.

6. Participants who receive a prize ("Winners") will be directed to a form to fill in their personal details, including Full Name, Phone Number, National Identification Number (NIK), Tax Identification Number (NPWP), and Prize Delivery Address.

7. Winners will be contacted by the organizer no later than seven (7) calendar days from the date of winning to claim their prize.

8. J&T Express reserves the right to disqualify Participants from the Program if:

• The Participant is a shareholder, director, commissioner, employee, agent, or affiliate of J&T Express.

• The Participant receives more than one (1) prize, whether from the same or different accounts.                                                                                                                                         

9. All taxes related to the prizes, as required by the applicable tax regulations in the Republic of Indonesia, will be fully covered by J&T Express.

PRIZE DELIVERY

1. J&T Express has full authority to determine the type, color, shape, size, production year, and/or any other variation of the prizes.

2. Prizes cannot be converted into cash or exchanged for money.

3. Prize delivery will be carried out by the J&T Express team once the Winner's personal details is fully received by J&T Express.

MISCELLANEOUS

1. This program does not charge any fees. Participants are expected to be aware of all forms of fraud in the name of J&T Express.
