1. How do I send a J&T DOC package?

Delivery with the J&T DOC service can only be done via NON-marketplace transaction types by dropping off or picking up packages via the nearest J&T Express drop point or the J&T Express application.

2. Is there a weight limit for the J&T DOC package/delivery service?

The maximum weight for sending J&T DOC services is 3 Kg.

3. Can DOC J&T Services use the DFOD (Delivery fee on Delivery) payment type? And is it included in the shipping insurance service?

J&T DOC serves DFOD (Delivery Fee On Delivery) payment types and includes guaranteed protection/package insurance. Does not serve COD (Cash On Delivery).

4. What if the package is damaged and lost during delivery?

If the item is lost/damaged, a replacement of IDR 250,000 will be received; additional insurance is subject to IDR 2,000 for a maximum coverage of IDR 1,000,000 and IDR 5,000 for a maximum coverage of IDR 2,000,000
