In order to provide full support to ecommerce practitioners, J&T Express again contributed through a roadshow seminar entitled "Dropship Mastery - Learning Dropship Local Taste" which was held together with the Youth Business Community under the auspices of PT. Alona Indonesia Raya. In 2018 the series of roadshows were held in 24 cities in Indonesia where each month was held in 2 different cities with an average capacity of 400 people per city.

Starting in December 2017 in Jakarta, this roadshow is a program to provide education and inspiration to online businesses to develop their businesses. A number of topics were presented to maximize online business in the digital era such as the SEO system and Facebook ads, how to do business without capital through the dropship system, how to package safe packages, and the effect of shipping services on the progress of online business.

J&T Express CEO Robin Lo said, "This program is one of a series of J&T Express activities to support online businesses that are not only in terms of our efficient shipping services, but also in terms of education. We look to start and advance an online business requires several aspects such as aspects of promotion, business development, to the shipping service used. We hope this education can become a provision that can be applied to the online business of the participants "

Based on information from the Central Statistics Agency, the purchasing power of Indonesian people is still strong but there is a transition from shopping patterns from offline to online. This has caused many business people to start switching to open online shops but do not quite understand how to develop business in the digital age. As expressed Rico Huang, CEO of PT. Alona Indonesia Raya "This activity is carried out to help business people or prospective business people to spread their wings digitally. Therefore, together with J&T Express, we educate online businesses to better recognize the online realm and their sales can increase significantly. "Our target for this year is a total of 8,000 participants starting from those who have not yet started a business or who have already done business," he said.

Until now, roadshows have been held in the cities of Jakarta, Bekasi, Bandung and Depok. This activity will continue to be carried out parallel in the cities of Jogjakarta, Tangerang, Palembang, Bogor, Medan, Sidoarjo, Semarang, Malang, Samarinda, Jember, Batam, Karawang, Surabaya, Surakarta, Pontianak, Denpasar, Gresik, Kediri, Purwokerto, Riau and Makassar and will end in December 2018.
