9 November 2015, J&T Express participated in the Indonesian E-commerce Peel Completion event organized by the idea (Indonesian E-commerce Association). This course provides a complete understanding of the real-world e-commerce sector and must be followed by employees and e-commerce industry so that certificates issued by idEA can add value to personal competence in a career in the Industry.

As a representative of J&T Express, present Mr. Robin Lo as the Director also gave his experience regarding a career in the field of express package delivery. On this occasion J&T Express also introduced itself as a new express brand in Indonesia. The event was attended by speakers from several well-known E-commerce such as Mr. Edward Kilian from OLX, Mr. Hendrik Tio from Bhinneka.com, Mr. Muhamad Fajrin from Bukalapak, Mr. Hengky Prihatna from Google and several other speakers.

Support from companies related to e-commerce in sending representatives or employees is expected to improve the quality of Indonesian human resources in the field of e-commerce as a whole and evenly. After the event which took place at the Ambhara Hotel Jakarta, the IDEA course group visited the OLX office to conduct a company visit, not forgetting the sharing session of the OLX party, ended with a group photo.
