The Points Redemption Program is a part of the "Points-Based Membership Program" that allows users of the J&T Express app to redeem their J&T Points through the J&T Express App.

Users will earn J&T Points after customers complete a receipt/airway bill for J&T ECO, J&T EZ, J&T Super, and J&T DOC services ordered through the J&T Express App.

On August 20, 2024, J&T Express app users can redeem their points for J&T Merchandise at a special redemption rate.

Further Information:

1. There are no limits for users to redeem items in the Points Redemption program as long as points are available.

2. Users can participate by clicking the "Redeem Reward" button on the desired item and following the instructions for entering the recipient's details.

3. Items will be shipped to the user within a maximum of fourteen (14) days from the receipt of the recipient's details.

4. Items will be shipped from the Head Office of PT. Global Jet Express located in Jakarta.

5. J&T Express is not responsible for the risk of lost or undelivered items due to incorrect recipient details caused by user negligence. Such risks include incomplete addresses and invalid phone numbers.

6. Items redeemed with points cannot be canceled or returned.

7. This program is free of charge and is officially organized by J&T Express without involving any third parties. Be aware of potential scams claiming to represent J&T Express.
