J&T Express, the leading delivery partner brand for Indonesian SME businesses, presents a creative platform for developing the SME industry in Indonesia through the "Deliver Possibilities" program, an empowerment program specifically for entrepreneurs with disabilities (SMEs with Disabilities). Supported by exclusive training from experts in their fields, the "Deliver Possibilities" program is expected to provide opportunities for SMEs with disabilities to grow and contribute to sustainable economic progress.

The "Deliver Possibilities" program will be held in October - December 2023 in a hybrid manner (online and offline). Each selected participant will immediately receive exclusive business training from experts in their field for six days and the opportunity to receive entrepreneurial assistance totaling 150 million Rupiah.

Program Implementation Process

The Deliver Possibilities training will be managed by J&T Express together with the Menembus Batas Foundation in 4 stages:

Stage 1: Selection of participants with disabilities who are SME owners who meet the requirements 

Stage 2: 100 selected participants will participate in a 6-day training process and take daily assesment tests.

• Basic Logistics 

• Introduction to Entrepreneur Hub 

• Seller Story Session 

Stage 3: 20 participants with the highest scoes in training scoring and business development proposals had the opportunity to present their Business Plans and progections for the participans' business development.

Stage 4: The top 10 will receive entrepreneurial assistance in procuring goods for business needs. 

Terms and conditions

• Participants are Indonesian citizens.

• Open to all types of disabilities.

•  Men and Women aged 18-50 years.

• Have a small and medium-scale business that can be developed and has been running for at least six months.

• SMEs whose products are suitable for delivery (not services or restaurant/catering/food stalls/prohibited goods/illegal drugs/flammable goods/goods containing explosive materials/weapons and living creatures).

•  Have a social media business account or marketplace platform for SMEs.

•  Able to read, write, count, and operate a computer/laptop.

• Have the capacity to carry out daily activities and independently.

• Committed to participating in every program activity until completion.

• There is no minimum education limit.

• During the training, participants will take a test for assessment.

• All participants who participate in the training can make a business plan proposal sent to the committee after the training is complete.

• The 20 participants selected with the highest scores had the opportunity to present their Business Plan to receive entrepreneurial assistance totaling 150 million Rupiah from J&T Express.

• The registration period for this program is valid from 6-20 October 2023

• Participants in the Deliver Possibilities program must be free from criminal, drug, and other acts that violate the law in Indonesia. The Committee has the right to disqualify participants if behavior that violates the law in Indonesia is found.

• Participants can register by filling in and completing the registration form on the following link and a letter of statement/willingness to participate in the program until completion.

•  Participants must upload/attach their KK, KTP, NPWP, product photos of at least three types, and a screenshot of their Instagram/TikTok business account.

• All participants are required to follow the rules set by the organizer.

• The organizer has the right to disqualify participants' participation before and after judging if they are proven not to have fulfilled or violated the applicable provisions.
