How to Use the Shipping Discount Voucher: 

1. Download/update the latest version of the J&T Express application.

2. Open and register your data in the J&T Express application.

3. Click the order column, select "drop off" or "pick up".

4. Fill in your shipping data and item information.

5. Select the voucher column and use the 40% Special Shipping Discount voucher.

And it's done. You just drop off your package to the nearest J&T Express branch!

FAQ SHIPPING DISCOUNT VOUCHER

1. Can the 40% Special Shipping Discount voucher only be obtained at/certain destinations?

   The 40% Special Shipping Discount Voucher can be used at all J&T Express Drop Points and Collection Points with the aim of going from/to all over Indonesia by placing orders through the J&T Express Application.

2. Can packages picked up by Sprinter J&T Express also use a 40% Special Shipping Discount voucher?

   The 40% Special Shipping Discount Voucher is valid for the pick up and drop off system through the 'order' feature on the official J&T Express application.

3. Does the 40% Special Shipping Discount voucher also get free insurance and wood packing?

   The 40% Special Shipping Discount Voucher is only valid for postage discounts.

4. Is the 40% Special Shipping Discount voucher valid for COD / DFOD payment types?

   The 40% Special Shipping Discount Voucher is not valid for COD and DFOD payment methods.

5. Is the 40% Special Shipping Discount voucher valid for new/old users?

   The 40% Special Shipping Discount Voucher is valid for all users of the official J&T Express application.

6. What if the customer sends a package containing Dangerous Goods?

   For customers who intentionally send prohibited goods or dangerous goods, based on Article 47 of Law no. 38 Th. 2009, customers will be sentenced to a maximum imprisonment of 5 (five) years or a maximum fine of Rp. 1.000.000.000,- (One Billion Rupiah) and the delivery service provider (J&T Express) cannot be held responsible for this incident.
