Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to offer negotiation.
Actively source and identify top talent using various channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, networking).
Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Utilize Mandarin language skills to engage with a diverse pool of candidates and internal stakeholders, especially for roles requiring Mandarin proficiency.
Contribute to employer branding initiatives and enhance the candidate experience.
Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Fluent in Mandarin (both spoken and written) is essential.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proficient in data processing applications (e.g., Excel)
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
For Junior Level: 0-2 years of recruitment experience (internship experience is a plus!).
For Senior Level: Minimum 3+ years of proven recruitment experience, ideally in a high-volume or fast-paced environment.
Willing to be placed in Pluit, North Jakarta. (WFO System)
